Stop Overthinking and Believe in Yourself
Every one has something that they worry about at various times during their life. Sometimes the fears become overthinking and can impact our happiness and tranquility. I just read a book called “The Art of not Overthinking.” One thing I took away from the book is when we over think it we lose our perspective on the positive things in life. It can hinder us from experiencing happiness, peace and self-confidence.
Overthinking and trust in self must be reduced to live a happier life. Do not feel less than others, do not let negative comments of others define you. If you have a negative view of yourself on a regular basis, you can find yourself feeling unsuccessful, disheartened and feeling depleted.
Don't let criticism get you down, use it as
a motivator. A problem you've had and words that caused you pain can be the key
to becoming stronger. Trust yourself and persevere. On one day, you'll reach
what you want and be proud of your journey. The once hard route will look
beautiful due to your growth. So, stop overthinking. Accept and welcome life,
continue learning and never give up.
